Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Return Guidelines:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Custom-made curtains are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process:

  • Once returned item is inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
